Mirjana has performed on stages across North America and Europe. Her passion for the arts has lead her on a multi-faceted journey, be it as a dancer, classical vocalist and opera singer, teacher, artistic coordinator, director and creator of show concepts. Her most recent exploits include a two-year contract with Cirque du Soleil as a lead vocalist in "Mystère" in Las Vegas. Back in Montreal in order to pursue her new artistic vision, this upcoming year she will be teaching and working on her new album. Mirjana has graduated from Concordia University and has perfected her direction skills with several renowned artistic directors, among them Daniel Helfgot who instilled in her the enthusiasm to learn more about direction. Prior to joining Cirque du Soleil, Mirjana was a professor in The Performing Arts at Vanier College in Montreal and performed in Opera in Canada and Europe... She performs fluently in English, French, Serbian, Romani, Russian, Spanish and Italian.
